Team Principals
We have been very fortunate to grow with a talented roster and team here. We keep our creative roster pizza-sized to produce the best work, with up to 4-6 strong team members working together along the way, depending on the phase and scale of projects. Leading this roster with Jonathan are our great Team Principals and please see their info below. We look forward to working together on your great commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, and residential architecture projects to better create these unique sites and their construction from start to finish, thank-you.
Nico Compton-Griffith: Nico is a talented thinker and designer who draws much of his creative urban architectural inspiration from his times living in Spain’s beautiful Valladolid. His urban development experience in Portland has given him a strong appreciation for all facets of the creative architectural process from start to finish. A fellow graduate from University of Oregon’s School of Architecture, Portland Urban Architecture Program, and Robert D. Clark Honors College with Thesis Honors, we are very happy and lucky to be able to work with Nico on helping to shape the Pacific NW and its continued ecological urban growth.
Grant Lemons: A master of design and an inspired creator with a bold vision, Grant’s designs, imagination, graphics, marketing, mentorship, and leadership have paved the way for this studio to grow and take shape from the very beginning. A fellow graduate of the University of Oregon at the top of his class, we are very fortunate to be able to work with Grant and we have tremendous appreciation for him as a person.
Site Dog - Pancake Lemons: Pancake is a very happy soul who loves walking, swimming, napping, and playing. Now 4 years old, she’s the heart of this studio, fetch leader on our construction sites, and the Baby Yoda to our Mandalorian.
