Lemons Architecture & Urban Growth is an architect registration board certified and nationally licensed architecture office created in Seattle in 2014. We are licensed to design and create any type of building and its construction at any scale, including commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, and residential uses. High quality projects for clients are taken on with our strong roster so everything produced can be well-executed and thoughtfully made.

We create a diverse range of these building typologies with our principals, team, and clients from conception to completion. The city is an evolving ecosystem as we’ve seen in our lifetime, and buildings play an increasingly significant role for people’s lives within the urban landscape as cities grow. We care deeply about making every project effective, unique, beautiful, thoughtful, and sustainable. We emphasize determined and iterative architectural processes, we work together efficiently in our office and virtually in the cloud, and we aim to persistently evolve and improve.

We have been creating all great types of commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, and residential buildings and their construction from start to finish for over a decade at many scales around Seattle and the NW. Honors our architecture office has received include the Best Design for a Multifamily Home of the Year. We work closely and collaboratively with top interdisciplinary teams for each project including structural, civil, MEP, envelope, geotech, landscape, survey, accessibility, acoustics, fire, energy, sustainability, environmental, and others. Over 90% of these buildings are rated 4-star Built Green or higher.

To design and create all buildings, we utilize a project and client specific combination of Feasibility, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration phases from start to finish. Projects are uniquely designed with the client’s goals in mind. As cities continue to grow and evolve, it’s our core belief that ecological, inspired, and effective urbanization will help to positively improve the world.
