We are an architect registration board certified and nationally licensed architecture office created in Seattle, the NW’s capitol, in 2014. We design and create ecological, inspired urban growth and efficient communities, including all types of commercial, multifamily, and residential construction and buildings. Only a couple projects and clients are taken on at a time with our strong roster so that everything produced can be well-executed and thoughtfully made by our office. We love creating architecture and these buildings with our principals, team, and clients from conception to completion. The city is an evolving ecosystem as we’ve seen in our lifetime, and buildings play an increasingly significant role for people’s lives within the urban landscape as these cities grow. We care deeply about making every project unique, beautiful, economical, sustainable, and thoughtful. We emphasize a determined and iterative architectural process, we work together efficiently in our office and virtually in the cloud, and we aim to persistently evolve and improve.

We have been creating all types of great commercial, multifamily, and residential construction and buildings from start to finish for over a decade at many scales here in Seattle and around the NW. Honors our architecture office has received include the Best Design for a Multifamily Home of the Year. We work closely and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team for each building we design including the engineers, reviewers, owner, client, consultants, planners, neighborhood, developer, enclosure team, realtor, city officials, interiors, fire protection, MEP subs, manufacturers, and builders. Over 90% of these buildings are rated 4-star Built Green or higher.

We are licensed to create and design any architectural building and construction at any scale including urban mixed-use buildings, towers, single family homes, multifamily residences, townhouses, rowhouses, tenant improvement projects, remodels, historic preservation projects, multigenerational and multifunctional homes, live and work communities, residential projects, commercial projects, master planning, interiors, offices, urban infill, hospitality projects, mid-rise buildings, low-rise buildings, university projects, confidential studies or projects, institutional projects, non-profit projects, and government projects. To design and create all project construction and buildings, we utilize a project and client specific combination of Feasibility, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration phases from start to finish.

Projects are uniquely and economically designed with the client’s goals to help make architecture more accessible to everyone at different project scales and budget targets. As cities continue to grow and evolve, it is our core belief that ecological, inspired, and efficient urbanization will change the world.
